Contact WILDTV PRODUCTIONS about a video project, a service scope, an existing engagement or a question concerning our website policies. The details below are also used for privacy, accessibility, licensing, invoice and cancellation inquiries.

1. About the company and the available services

WILDTV PRODUCTIONS was established on September 30, 2026 and is based in Loveland, Colorado. We provide video production and media content services for businesses, organizations and creative projects. The work is defined through a written brief and agreed project scope.

You can ask about Video Project Development, Production Coordination, Content Assembly & Post-Production or Multi-Version Content Delivery. An inquiry may concern one stage or a combination of stages. We do not require a complete production plan before you ask a question; identifying what you already have and what you still need helps start the discussion.

2. Preparing a new project inquiry

Describe the purpose of the video, its intended audience and where it will be published. Include the approximate duration, required formats, available footage or brand assets, and any preferred deadline. If the deadline is tied to an event or a confirmed publishing commitment, explain that dependency.

Provide a contact name, company or project name and a way to correspond about the brief. A budget range can help determine an appropriate scope, but the website’s starting prices are only starting points for defined packages. A detailed final price requires a review of the work, materials, rights and delivery requirements.

3. What the website brief form does

The homepage project brief dialog helps organize the required information and checks that the fields are complete. Its completion message appears only on the page. The form does not send your details, create an account, reserve dates or establish a project agreement.

To request a discussion, separately share the relevant details with our contact email. You may also prepare the information in a plain text message without using the form. Include enough detail to identify the service required, but do not send sensitive documents or large production files before an appropriate transfer method has been discussed.

4. Existing projects and review feedback

For an active project, include the project name and the relevant stage, file name or version reference. Use the designated client contact to consolidate feedback so that conflicting instructions can be resolved. A clear list of changes, with time references where useful, makes an editing review easier to assess.

If the requested change affects an approved concept, the number of outputs or another agreed assumption, identify that change explicitly. We will discuss whether it falls within the included review allowance or needs a revised scope. A new preferred deadline should be reviewed rather than assumed to replace the existing schedule automatically.

5. Footage, assets and permissions

Tell us what material is available, how it is organized, its approximate volume and whether there are technical problems or missing items. Identify logos, titles, graphics, approved music, transcripts or subtitles that will need to be integrated. Confirm any restrictions that apply to recognizable people, locations, confidential material or licensed resources.

Do not email account passwords, complete card details or unrelated personal records. If a production contains sensitive information or footage involving minors, disclose the handling needs before transfer. Large files, raw footage and restricted assets should be shared only after the parties agree a suitable method and the relevant permissions.

6. Pricing, invoices and payment questions

For a quotation question, identify the service and proposed deliverables rather than relying on a service name alone. For an invoice question, include the invoice reference, project name and the specific item you want clarified. Our Payment Policy explains the distinction between a starting price, an approved proposal and an invoice.

If a payment instruction is unexpected or appears inconsistent with previous correspondence, verify it through the established project communication before paying. We do not collect payment details in the custom homepage form. Available payment methods and any staged payment requirements are confirmed for the actual project.

7. Cancellation, postponement and delivery concerns

A cancellation or rescheduling request should be made in writing and identify the accepted project, relevant date and requested change. If an outside booking or deadline is imminent, state that clearly. The amount of completed work and any approved supplier commitment will be reviewed under the agreed project terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

For a delivery concern, identify the file, the agreed technical requirement and the behavior you observed. If a transfer cannot be accessed or a file appears incomplete, provide the version and device or software information relevant to the issue. Keep your own backups of important source material and delivered files.

8. Privacy, rights and accessibility inquiries

A privacy request should explain the record or relationship concerned and the action requested, such as correction or deletion. A licensing concern should identify the material, where it appears and your relationship to the rights. We may need reasonable verification before disclosing records or acting on a request for another person.

For an accessibility report, describe the page, control, device and action that caused difficulty. You can ask for service information or a policy in another practical format. No diagnosis or unrelated sensitive information is required to explain a website barrier. Identify the inquiry’s subject so it can be reviewed in the right context.

9. Correspondence, availability and project confirmation

The address below identifies the company’s contact location for correspondence. Do not assume that a walk-in appointment, filming access or a location booking is available without an agreement. Project meetings, production dates and resource availability should be arranged through correspondence.

We do not state fixed business hours or promise an immediate response on this page. If your inquiry has a time-sensitive dependency, explain it and provide the relevant date. A reply discussing possibilities is not a booking confirmation; the accepted written scope establishes the engagement, responsibilities, schedule and price. Use the following details for service and policy inquiries.
