WILDTV PRODUCTIONS / LEGAL
Disclaimer
Last updated: September 30, 2026
The WILDTV PRODUCTIONS website describes production services, starting scopes and practical planning considerations. This disclaimer explains the limits of those descriptions and of the illustrative tools used on the site, while preserving obligations expressly agreed for a client project.
1. Informational website content
Website copy provides a general introduction to video project development, production coordination, content assembly, post-production and content delivery. It does not replace a written proposal that defines the requirements of a specific project. Examples of a workflow or format are intended to help frame a discussion rather than promise that every project uses the same process.
We aim to keep service information accurate and useful. A project may nevertheless require additional facts, rights checks, technical tests or specialist input before a reliable scope can be confirmed. If information appears unclear or inconsistent, request clarification before relying on it to make a production commitment.
2. No guaranteed audience or commercial outcome
Producing a finished video does not by itself guarantee views, sales, leads, conversions, subscriptions, media coverage, awards or advertising results. Audience response can depend on distribution, placement, timing, offer, media spend, platform behavior and other factors outside the agreed production work.
Unless expressly included in a project agreement, our services do not include management of a marketing campaign, purchase of media, audience targeting or performance reporting. We can prepare content for a stated use without promising the business outcome of that use. Any project-specific performance commitment must be stated clearly and supported by an agreed scope.
3. Starting prices and available capacity
Published prices describe defined starting scopes in US dollars. They are not a final quote for an undefined production and do not imply that outside costs or unlimited revisions are included. A proposal should confirm the deliverables, exclusions, payment schedule and relevant dependencies before work is accepted.
A preferred deadline entered into an inquiry is not a confirmed production or delivery date. Availability and timing are considered alongside the work required, receipt of usable materials and necessary approvals. The website form does not reserve capacity or create an engagement when its completion message appears.
4. Illustrative cinematic backgrounds
The site’s cinematic backgrounds establish a visual direction for the company’s website. They are illustrative material and are not represented as completed client campaigns, documentary records of our team, or evidence of past work for the depicted people or locations. WILDTV PRODUCTIONS was established on September 30, 2026.
An illustration or reference image can suggest a mood, composition or framing choice without promising that the same people, location, vehicle, equipment or production conditions are available for a client project. Actual production requirements must be discussed and agreed on their own terms.
5. The Frame Lab and source color profile
Frame Lab tone presets apply a visual browser filter to an illustrative image. They are not a calibrated color-grading system, a final color specification or a substitute for reviewing footage on an appropriate display. Device settings, browser behavior and screen calibration can change the appearance of the preview.
Camera-viewpoint buttons select different reference images, rather than simulate a new camera position around one scene. The red, green and blue graph describes the intensity distribution of the selected source image before the tone preset. It is a planning reference, not a measure of production quality, exposure compliance or the color space of a future video.
6. Delivery format guides
The landscape, portrait and square guides illustrate aspect ratios and planning considerations. Changing a guide does not convert a client file or guarantee that existing footage can be reframed without losing important content. The source composition, resolution, titles and intended use all affect the available result.
Final dimensions, frame rate, codec, duration, audio requirements, subtitles and other technical settings must be listed in the delivery brief. A platform may change its publishing requirements. The client should identify the destination and relevant specification when the project is scoped, and communicate any later change before final exports are prepared.
7. Source material and third-party resources
Editing and finishing depend on the usability of supplied footage and audio. Missing coverage, low resolution, severe noise, damaged files, incomplete recordings or absent permissions may limit what can reasonably be achieved. A standard post-production scope does not promise recovery of every technical problem.
Music, stock content, software and other third-party resources can impose license conditions or technical limitations. Their inclusion must be appropriate to the agreed use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of an external platform or imply that a license grants rights beyond its actual terms.
8. Form behavior and business correspondence
The custom project brief form validates the information entered and displays text locally. It does not send the information to our inbox, process payment or create a booking. Share the relevant details with our contact email to request an actual discussion. The completion message confirms the form’s on-page state only.
Plain contact details on the site identify ways to direct a separate inquiry. A proposal, production date, license or payment arrangement should be confirmed through the established project correspondence. Do not treat a decorative label, automated browser message or illustrative control as a contractual approval.
9. Agreed obligations and applicable rights
This disclaimer does not replace an accepted proposal, reduce a specific written commitment or remove a remedy required by law. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. A concern about the delivered work should be evaluated against the agreed scope and the applicable project terms.
If you need clarification about a website statement, describe the relevant section and your intended use of the information. We will review the question and identify whether a project-specific assessment is needed. Direct those questions to the contact details below.
