WILDTV PRODUCTIONS / LEGAL
Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This policy explains cookies and related browser technologies in the context of the WILDTV PRODUCTIONS website. It distinguishes the behavior of the custom website sections from technologies that may be supplied by the hosting platform or added separately.
1. What cookies and similar technologies do
A cookie is a small record that a website can ask a browser to store and return during later requests. Other technologies, such as local storage, pixels and scripts, may retain information or communicate about a visit without using a traditional cookie. Their purpose and effect depend on the particular implementation.
Some technologies support essential functions, security or a preference you request. Others measure activity or support advertising. A technology is not essential simply because it is available on a hosting platform. This policy does not use the word cookie to suggest that every interactive website feature necessarily stores information on your device.
2. The custom sections supplied for this website
The custom homepage sections do not intentionally set cookies, write data to browser local storage or install advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts. The menu, service dialogs, color-tone previews, camera-viewpoint controls, format guide and project checklist operate through on-page browser code.
The checklist state and visual-control choices are temporary page state. They are not used by these sections to build a visitor history, advertising audience or account profile. Reloading the page returns the controls to their starting state. Fonts and background images are website resources rather than tracking controls in the supplied implementation.
3. The project brief dialog
The brief form validates entries in the browser and displays a completion message. It does not send the entered details to WILDTV PRODUCTIONS or store them in cookies or local storage through the custom code. Closing the dialog resets the entries. To make an inquiry, you must separately share the relevant details using our contact email.
A browser may offer its own autofill or saved form information. Those functions are controlled by the browser or a password-management tool, rather than by our custom form. If you do not want a browser to retain an entry, review its autofill and browsing-data settings, particularly when using a shared device.
4. Hosting and platform functions
The website’s hosting platform may use cookies or other technical records to provide core service functions, protect sessions, manage security or remember a privacy choice. Content-delivery systems may also process requests for images and other resources. The exact technologies depend on the live platform configuration and features enabled for the site.
This policy does not claim that an unverified list of platform cookies is present. A cookie inventory should be checked against the actual site configuration when features are enabled or changed. Installing an app, adding a checkout, embedding a third-party player or connecting an analytics service can change the technologies used and may require an updated disclosure.
5. Optional analytics and advertising
No optional analytics or advertising service is added by the custom sections described above. The website does not use the Frame Lab controls or checklist to infer an advertising profile. An inquiry is not automatically enrolled in a promotional campaign.
If optional measurement or advertising tools are introduced, their purposes, providers and relevant choices should be disclosed before they operate where required. Where consent is needed, declining an optional category should prevent that category from being activated. Merely displaying a banner without controlling the scripts is not treated as an effective consent mechanism.
6. How consent preferences are handled
These custom sections do not include a separate cookie-consent manager because they do not introduce optional tracking technologies. If the hosting platform provides a privacy preference control, its operation and the enabled technologies must be configured together. A platform control should not be described as covering an unrelated script that ignores it.
Consent and opt-out requirements can vary with the technology, processing purpose, location and applicable law. We will assess those requirements when the site’s processing changes. This policy does not claim that continuing to browse always constitutes valid consent or that every visitor has the same legally required choices.
7. Browser controls and their effects
Most browsers provide settings to view, remove or block cookies and to clear site data. You can also manage saved form information and limit certain third-party technologies through browser or device controls. The location and effect of those options depend on the browser version and any extensions you use.
Blocking or clearing essential platform data may affect a preference, security function or other enabled feature. The supplied visual controls are designed to work without saving an optional cookie. If a browser setting appears to prevent access to important service information, contact us with the page and observed behavior so that an alternative can be discussed.
8. Signals, other websites and updates
Some browsers send privacy preference signals. Any applicable obligation to recognize a signal depends on the processing involved and the law that applies. The supplied custom sections do not implement sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted-advertising tracking. If those practices are introduced, relevant signal handling and opt-out controls must be reviewed.
A separate website, payment service or tool you choose to use may have its own cookie and privacy practices. This policy covers this website rather than all such services. We will update the date and content when the disclosed practices materially change. For a question about cookies, describe the page, browser and technology you observed using the contact details below.
