WILDTV PRODUCTIONS / LEGAL
Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 30, 2026
WILDTV PRODUCTIONS aims to make service information and project inquiries usable by people with different abilities, devices and ways of navigating. Accessibility is an ongoing part of the website’s operation and the planning of client deliverables, rather than a claim that every possible experience has already been certified.
1. Our approach
We seek to provide readable service descriptions, clear navigation, meaningful headings and an understandable way to prepare an inquiry. Recognized accessibility guidance, including relevant Web Content Accessibility Guidelines practices, informs improvements. This statement does not assert a completed independent audit or a particular conformance certification.
The website uses a cinematic visual design with photographic backgrounds and large display typography. That design should support, rather than obstruct, access to the information. If a visual treatment, browser behavior or control causes difficulty, we want to understand the specific barrier and find a practical way to address it.
2. Navigation and keyboard operation
The right-side menu can be opened with its labeled button. The menu links point to the homepage sections, and the footer includes the same quick links plus the legal pages. Interactive controls use native buttons, links or form inputs so they can be reached using a keyboard.
Dialogs use the browser’s dialog behavior for keyboard focus while open. A visible close control is provided and the Escape key can close a dialog. Focus indicators are included for interactive elements. If your browser or assistive technology behaves differently, tell us which dialog or control is affected and what action you attempted.
3. Text, layout and visual cues
Headings describe the main sections, and content is arranged to stack on smaller screens. Background shading is used to support reading over photographs. Selected controls are identified through their state as well as their appearance, and the checklist includes a text count so its progress is not communicated only through color.
The website should remain usable with browser zoom and device text settings, though a particular combination of settings may reveal a problem that needs correction. Reduced-motion preferences limit decorative transitions in the custom sections. There are no autoplay videos in those sections.
4. Images and the Frame Lab
Full-width cinematic backgrounds are illustrative and decorative; service information is also supplied as text. The Frame Lab’s camera-angle options have labels and a written explanation of each viewpoint. The tone controls are planning previews rather than information a visitor must interpret to understand pricing or contact us.
The source color profile includes a descriptive label and a written explanation that it shows red, green and blue source-image intensity before the preset. It is not the only way to understand the service. If you need a more detailed text explanation of a visual reference or control, contact us with the relevant section and the information you need.
5. Forms and completion messages
The project brief dialog labels its fields, identifies required information through the form instructions and provides text guidance when an entry is incomplete or invalid. The completion control becomes available when the required entries and confirmation are complete. The resulting message is presented as an on-page status.
The form does not transmit an inquiry. You can instead prepare your details in your preferred format and share them directly with our contact email. If you cannot use a field or dialog, describe the service you need and the difficulty encountered; use of the visual form is not a condition of asking about a project.
6. Third-party and device limitations
The hosting platform, browser, extensions and any separately installed features can affect the final experience. We can review the parts under our control and identify where a platform or other provider needs to be involved. This statement does not guarantee the behavior of every third-party product or every historical browser version.
New content or features should be considered for accessibility when introduced. A correction to one screen may need checking across keyboard use, zoom, touch input and assistive technology. We welcome reports of reproducible barriers rather than assuming that an automated test alone fully describes a visitor’s experience.
7. Accessibility in client video projects
Client deliverables may require captions, transcripts, accessible graphics, audio description or other accommodations according to their audience and publishing context. These needs should be identified in the project brief so they can be included in the scope, review process and technical delivery list.
A basic editing or format-delivery price does not automatically include every accessibility service. We will discuss the requested requirements and any additional work before it is agreed. The client should provide terminology, speaker information, approved text and any destination-specific requirements needed to review the result accurately.
8. Reporting a barrier and requesting another format
To report a website difficulty, include the page or section, the action you were trying to complete, the device and browser, and any assistive technology you wish to identify. A short description of what happened is often enough to begin a review. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or unrelated sensitive personal information.
If a service description, price scope or policy is difficult to access, request the information in a format that works for you. We will consider the request and discuss a reasonable alternative. We do not promise a fixed response period in this statement, but aim to address relevant reports and keep communication clear.
9. Ongoing review and contact
Accessibility improvements may include clearer labels, better contrast, more useful error messages, layout adjustments or changes to keyboard behavior. The most useful reports explain the practical effect on access, which helps prioritize a meaningful correction. This statement will be updated if our contact process or approach materially changes.
Use the contact details below for an accessibility question, a barrier report or an alternative-format request. Identify the subject as Accessibility so it can be understood in the context of the request. You may use plain text correspondence without navigating the website’s interactive tools.
